Alan L. Ross founded Ross Associates following his departure from the US Navy after more than 20 years of service. In his time in the Navy, Mr. Ross served in a variety of key Washington assignments with the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and the Chief of Naval Operations.

His many years of Washington experience have given Mr. Ross unique insight into procurement, program management and technology transfer issues, as well as policy-making at the highest levels of the government. He knows how the system works, how to make it more responsive to the needs of business, how to minimize the red tape and how to keep things on track.
